The following services require an appointment and cannot be seen as a walk-in visit through online check-in. Please call the clinic to make an appointment.

  • Pre-employment physicals
  • Annual physical exams
  • Routine family care services
  • Well woman care, including breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears
  • Follow-up appointments

Walk-in visits are accepted for sports and pre-participation physicals.
Immunizations do not need appointments, but it is recommended you call the clinic to confirm the vaccine is in stock.
