I don’t know if there’s enough space to express my gratitude to the Saddleback Family and Urgent Care Facility on Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo. I am never disappointed when I go there. From the front desk, to the back office and all in between, I am greeted with kindness and patience. My health needs are met with expertise and professionalism. They obviously have patience and compassion for the elderly, and understand that they need a little more time and may have memory issues. The doctor and nurse were friendly and professional and knew what they were doing was painful, so they went slowly and carefully. The prescription was called in before we left.”
